Terms and conditions

1. Acceptance of the offer
The agreement between Tejeda travel and the traveller is achieved by accepting the free offer that Tejeda travel directs to the traveller. Upon acceptance of this offer by the traveller, the traveller receives a confirmation (by e-mail). Manifest errors in the offer do not bind Tejeda Travel.

2. Payment
2.1 Within days of the conclusion of the travel agreement, the traveller will receive a booking confirmation in the form of an invoice.
2.2 When the travel agreement is concluded, a deposit EUR 300,- is to be paid, possibly plus the full price of the airfare.
2.3 Payment must take place within 5 working days after invoice date. In exceptional cases, a different deposit may apply. This will be made clear in advance.
2.4 The remainder of the fare must be paid no later than on arrival. In the event of a non-timely payment, the travel agreement may be cancelled by Tejeda Travel. The cancellation costs due are charged to the traveller, with the amount already paid will be deducted from the cost of the cancellation.

3. Responsibility Traveller
The Traveller is solely responsible for having valid passports and other travel documents. In case the traveller uses a rental car, he/she must provide the landlord with a valid driver’s license and a valid credit card (MasterCard or VISA). The absence of any of these documents is not a reason for free cancellation and all consequences of not being in order of these documents are entirely on behalf of the traveller.

4. Change by the traveller
If the traveller wishes to make a change to the agreement, Tejeda Travel will try to meet the traveller as much as possible. The changes are submitted by the customer by e-mail at Tejeda Travel, it will also confirm or reject the changes by e-mail. The costs for requesting a change are €35,- excluding the consequences for the fare. A higher or lesser fare resulting from a change will be settled with the customer by an additional payment or a refund of monies already received.

5. Cancellation by the traveller
cancellation must be done by e-mail. In case of cancellation, each traveller owes the following amounts: Up to 21 days before departure: 25% of the country package. From 21 to 14 days before departure: 50% of the country package. From the 14th day until the day of departure or later: 100% of the country package. The cost of cancellation will be increased by the full cost of the flight tickets scheduled by Tejeda Travel. We advise you to always take out a cancellation insurance, so that you do not have to be charged for unnecessary costs.

6. Complaints or imperfections
If you have any inaccuracies or imperfections or complaints about your hotel during your stay, please inform the hotel in advance. If you do not take any action, please contact Tejeda Travel in the second instance. You are always obliged to provide us with the opportunity to find a solution. Failure to do so will void your possible rights. If neither the hotelier nor Tejeda Travel have been able to offer a satisfactory solution during your stay and you are still unsatisfied at the end of your holiday, you must inform us in writing and at the latest 8 days after returning Bring. Complaints submitted Later are not accepted and an alleged claim right is forfeited. You will also play your rights if you leave your hotel early and without consultation with Tejeda Travel.

7. Liability of Tejeda Travel
7.1 liability for damages for which insurances, for example travel and cancellation costs insurance, provide cover, and for damages that the traveller may suffer in the course of the exercise of a profession or business is excluded.
7.2 It is not possible to accept any liability for damage, injury or death, caused to participants, by whatever cause this damage or injury has arisen. Nor is Tejeda Travel liable for loss or damage to property, including money.
7.3 Tejeda Travel shall not be liable for any changes in the journey resulting from alterations and/or delays of transport.
7.4 Tejeda Travel shall not liable for any changes in the journey resulting from force majeure such as natural disasters, (road) work, strikes, etc…

8. Insolvency insurance
Tejeda Travel is a member (1311) of the GGTO Foundation, a Dutch insolvency insurance company for specialised tour operators.
The GGTO Foundation guarantees that if the tour operator becomes financially incapable, you will get back the part of your travel price that you have already paid. This can be done before your departure or during your stay. In addition, the GGTO Foundation guarantees your return journey during your stay if the tour operator is unable to take it over due to financial insolvency.Tejeda

9. Data protection and privacy
The personal data that you make available to us are electronically processed and used insofar as they are necessary for the execution of the contract and for customer service. We comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act when collecting, processing and using personal data.
